Timeline

1977 – Kim Chen establish Rung Ching Co. Ltd, a mechanical model factory, in Taiwan.

1979 – Expanded to include a foundry & a machine manufacturing factory

1980 – Expanded to manufacture bearing housings, and export to the overseas market

1991 – Established Engineered Bearing Housings to import bearing housing from Rung Ching Co. Ltd, and to                               manufacture tailored bearing housings to meet the specific requirements of customers.

History

Rung Ching Co Ltd was established by Kim Chen in Taiwan in 1977. The business continually expanded to meet growing the growing demand for our products as a result of our focus on quality and customer service. 

In 1991, a strategic decision was made to enter the Australian market. Since then, we have supplied the Australian market with quality bearing housings through Engineered Bearing Housings. By leveraging the manufacturing power of our parent company, we are able to provide a wide range of bearing housings at the most competitive prices. We are able to offer most Split bearing housings (SN, SNH, SAFM, C/SD) and Solid (W/SB, WB, TH/M, FC/M, TU, AW, RFS, CFCN) from our large warehouse in Sydney.

Early on, we recognised the need to provide specialised bearing housings for non-standard requirements. With our own design engineer and manufacturing capabilities in Sydney, we can manufacture special moulds locally to meet all your requirements.
