Conditions of Sale
- Technical Information: All specification, data etc. have been extensively checked for omits and errors, but no warranty is given and E.B.H. shall not be liable for any omits and errors therein. All specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Warranty: E.B.H. will undertake to repair or at its options replace any part of E.B.H. bearing housings, which in the opinion of E.B.H. or its authorised distributor is defective by reason of faulty workmanship or materials within one year from the date of purchase. The purchaser shall return any defective goods to E.B.H. at its expense and E.B.H. will deliver new Goods to the purchaser free of charge.
- Liability: E.B.H. accepts no liability for any loss injury or damage resulting from failure or defective whatsoever in respect of any goods supplied by E.B.H.
- Pricing: List prices are based on current rates and subject to alteration without notice. Goods will be invoiced based on the pricing ruling at the date of delivery
- Return of Goods: The return of goods will not be accepted later than 14 days after the date of invoice. E.B.H. will not accept the return of goods which have been manufactured, modified, or altered by or at the request of the purchaser.
- Cancellation: No orders may be cancelled without prior E.B.H. approval. Cancellation charges may be involved if manufacturing has started
- Payment: Unless otherwise specially agreed, net thirty days after the date of invoice
- Interest on overdue accounts: Interest at the rate of 14% per annum such rate as may be the prescribed rate pursuant to Section 131 AA(4B) of the Stamps ACT 1958 )whichever is lesser) is the payable on the amount invoiced on daily basis from due date.
- Special Designs: We welcome any special requests of carrying out conversions to our products, a certified drawing or data will be sent to customer for approval. All housings are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO tolerances
